1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the
following reasons:
- Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect Products: If you
received the wrong item or the product does not match its description.
- Unwanted Items: If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the specified time frame
(subject to conditions).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its
original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Certain items such as perishable
goods, personal care products, and customized or personalized items may not be
eligible for return.
2. Return Timeframe
- Damaged or Defective Products:
You must report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unwanted Items: Returns for
unwanted items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact
us at [support@barakahbazar.lk] with your order number and details of the item
you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is
approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers
are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning unwanted items.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Barakah Bazar will cover the
shipping costs.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is
packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive your returned
item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
4. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we
will process your refund. The refund will be issued through the original method
of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in
your account after it has been processed.
Refunds will not include:
- Shipping fees for unwanted items
(unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
- Discounts or promotions applied
to the original order (refunds will be issued based on the amount paid).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct
exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original
item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible
for returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food
items)
- Personal care products (e.g.,
cosmetics, skincare)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or
“Non-Returnable”
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before
it is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, you must follow the return
